John Abraham new home- Bollywood star John Abraham has recently made a significant real estate investment in Mumbai, acquiring a luxurious bungalow in the bustling Linking Road of Khar. This prime location is renowned for being one of Mumbai’s top retail high streets and is home to various educational institutions. The property, purchased for a whopping sum of Rs 70.83 crore, includes a spacious living area of 5,416 sqft and is situated on a vast land parcel measuring 7,722 sqft.

The transaction details were revealed through property registration documents obtained by IndexTap.com. John Abraham concluded the deal on December 27, 2023, and fulfilled the requisite stamp duty payment, amounting to Rs 4.24 crore. Despite efforts to elicit a response from the actor, no comments have been provided as of yet.

It’s worth noting that the property was previously owned by Praveen Nathlal Shah and family. In 2009, John Abraham had acquired another prime plot in Union Park near Petit School from a Parsi family named Ratanshas.
