Dunki vs Salaar Advance Booking : Salaar and Dunki are gearing up for a head-to-head clash at the box office, with Shah Rukh Khan’s Dunki leading the pre-sales race, closely pursued by Prabhas starrer Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire. The battle for advance booking supremacy is heating up as these two highly-anticipated films prepare to hit the screens on consecutive days.
Dunki, scheduled for release on December 21, has reportedly secured an impressive advance booking figure. According to a recent report, the film has sold 2,51,146 tickets across 9,658 shows in India, accumulating a substantial ₹7.36 crore. Notably, Dunki is released exclusively in Hindi.
On the other front, Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire, set to release a day later, has amassed a total of ₹5.99 crore on its opening day. The film has sold 2,46,772 tickets through 4,338 shows across India. This includes ₹1.11 crore from 35,946 tickets for Hindi shows and ₹3.5 crore from 1,29,010 tickets for Telugu shows. The film is also slated for release in Kannada, Tamil, and Malayalam, with advance bookings gradually gaining momentum. Tickets worth ₹12 lakh for Tamil shows, ₹9.9 lakh for Kannada, and ₹98 lakh for Malayalam have already been booked.
