IAS Pari Bishnoi was born on 26 February 1996 in the thriving Kakra village, Nokha tehsil, Bikaner district, Pari Bishnoi is the daughter of Inspector Sushila Bishnoi and Advocate Maniram Bishnoi. Her mother currently serves as a police officer at GRP, Ajmer, Rajasthan, while her grandfather, Gopiram Bishnoi, held the position of the village sarpanch in Kakra four times.

Pari attended St. Mary’s Convent School in Ajmer from primary to intermediate school. She later moved to Delhi for her undergraduate studies at the University of Delhi’s Indraprastha College for Women. Concurrently, she actively prepared for the civil service exams. Pari pursued her master’s in political science from MDS University, Ajmer.
Success
Pari dedicated a substantial period to preparing for the Civil Services Examination, concurrently clearing the National Eligibility Test (NET) Junior Research Fellowship (JRF). Despite the rigorous preparation, she remained steadfast in her pursuit of becoming an IAS officer. In 2019, on her third attempt, Pari not only cleared the challenging examination but secured an impressive 30th rank. She is currently working as the Assistant Commissioner of the Land Revenue Department in Gangtok, Sikkim. But after marriage, she has taken cadre transfer to Haryana
